Hi. I have problem with printer after updating my system to windows 10 from 7. When i downloaded drivers from official web-site and installed them, my PC don`t see them. I triedto delete and download again(I deleted from device manager "HP EWS" and reboot device configuration, reboot PC, but it still write me about no drivers for this device) Could you help me if some of you had same problem, Thanks !

go here and download the drivers, firmware and utility
disconnect and uninstall all printer/scanner
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features
restart pc
now install the firmware update, this updates the printer and not windows 10.
after the firmware, reboot printer
then install the driver software
restart pc
install the utilities
restart pc
my granddaughter soaked my keyboard, so limited on text with no shift key until new keyboard arrives
you must uninstall printer software from programs
