Just use what's built into Windows. Optimizers and especially registry cleaners are placebos at best and can mess up your computer at worst.

2018-09-04T09:26:07+00:00 We do not recommend that you use any Registry Cleaners, Optimizers, Driver Updaters, Tune -Up utilities, etc.
They may do more harm to your operating system than any good that they claim to be able to do.
And this is interesting reading from Microsoft when it was available ( I kept a copy of it).
Microsoft have removed/changed the link but the information that they supplied still holds true.
