Also, posted earlier, you can double-click the "Home" tab to lock it into view (that works in all programs built with a Ribbon toolbar, including Wordpad, Paint, every version of Office since the year 2007, etc.)
something has gone wrong with "PAINT".
i can no longer see the painting tools and color selection bar across top of screen. i can't see the lower right "canvas" size . now there is a "home" button (top left) that i need to click in order to paint. how do i restore the information so i can use the painting program easily again?

2018-09-29T18:26:32+00:00 no. shawn's suggestion is impossible to use since no arrow or "image" shows up on the paint screen... i thank him for his help and hope he has additional ideas!!! i don't know where to go to get that arrow up on the screen so i can use paint program... judy
