    Hi nashonouma:

    Are you located in Europe?  I found a support page for the L382 on their European site at https://www.epson.eu/products/printers/inkjet-printers/for-home/l382#drivers and if I go to Support | Drivers and Software it auto-detects my 32-bit Vista SP2 OS and appears to offer Vista-compatible drivers.  If you scroll to the bottom of that page there is a Contact Us link for Epson's Customer Service, so you might want to send them an e-mail and ask them to confirm that they still offer Vista-compatible drivers for the L382.
