Hey,
have you tried using the Windows shortcuts?
- WINKEY+ Up arrow: Set screen to full size.
- WINKEY+ Down arrow: minimizes the screen.
- WINKEY+ Left arrow: Shift the screen to the left side.
- WINKEY+ Right arrow: Shift the screen to the right side.
(WINKEY is the windows flag key)
In your case, you should try and use the WINKEY+Down arrow shortcut and see if that works for you.
Also, you can enter and exit fullscreen on browsers with the F11 key.

Here is the keyboard shortcut Windows-Shift-Enter toggles the active Windows 10 application between normal and full-screen mode.

Press the Windows Key + A to open the Notification Bar
If you cannot see the Tablet Mode button, click 'Expand'
Then if the Tablet Mode Button is Blue, click the Tablet Mode button so it turns grey to exit Tablet Mode . . .
