how to fix access denied message from spirit.com

Can not access spirit.com web site , I had done so before, keep getting Access Denied message

    That would mean it's either your provider or Spirit that's blocking you. It may have tried to reconnect to Spirit rapidly so got mistaken as a Denial of Service attack. They would likely never disclose this, and you'd need to be speaking with their IT dept where this is all handled.

    Greg, I will try and contact Century link and have them replace my router, I  keep thinking this may be the issue for some reason. I just tested my android again at my neighbors and it fired right up. Will update you when i get an answer from Century link

    Thanks ,ran troubleshoot, it was unable to fix problem of access denied.

    Have tried other browsers keep getting access denied msg.

    Have same problem with my android, when I take it over to my neighbors WiFi I can connect to Spirit

    Hi Bruce. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

    Run the Internet troubleshooter at Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, choose to connect to a specific Webpage to test that site.

    I would have several browsers on your task bar so there's always one that's best for the task. I use Firefox, Edge and Chrome in that order of preference. It's easy to share bookmarks between all of them in their settings under Import Favorites from another Browser. Set the preferred one as Default in Settings > Apps > Default Apps.
