I can't find that folder even if I search in the start menu or in file explorer. It's important because I need to find it to download minecraft mods.

Hello,
The folder is hidden folder. Have you unchecked Hidden items option in File Explorer > View?
Regards.
Hi Capybara
3 Ways to get there:
1.
Press Windows Key + R to open the run dialog
Paste %appdata% into that box and click OK
2.
Open Windows File Explorer
Paste %appdata% into the Address bar and hit Enter
3.
Open Windows File Explorer
On the View Ribbon, temporarily turn on 'Hidden Items'
Then navigate to (replace username with your login name)
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming
Hi,
it is an alias of real folder and real path may be different. Usually it is a folder in your profile
Run a command
set app
and you'll see the real path of %appdata%
