I can not access the admin tools  - where are the administrative tools found in windows 7

    You wrote this:

    The actual folder name is this:

    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows*Start Menu*\Programs\Administrative Tools

    Does the correctly spelt folder exist?

    Is it populated?

    Do you have at least read-access rights to it?

    It comes up with a window that says,  " Location not available"  and continues with C:\programdata\microsoft\windows\startmenu\programs\administrativetools    refers to a location that is not available, etc....

    This is a view of the Administrative Tools folder.  It is found in Control Panel. What do you mean by can't access?
