How did you connect it to the router? With WPS or something else?

Is the network shown correctly when you print the network page?

Here is a manual if required:

    Please try this:

Open Cortana by pressing Windows Key + Q.

    Type in "printer."

    Select Printers & Scanners.

Click Add a printer or scanner

Choose The printer that I want isn't listed.

Select Add a Bluetooth, wireless or network discoverable printer.

    Choose the connected printer.

    Hello MaggiCatusse

    Enable Find Devices and Content

Go to the lower right side of the window.

From the menu that appears left click or tap on the “Settings” feature.

From the Settings click on the “Change PC settings” option.

Click on the “Network” button presented in the “Change PC settings” menu.

    Click on the “Connections” button.

Select your network connection by clicking on it.

Enable the feature that says “Find devices and content”.

    Reboot your operating system.

Check if you can find your Wireless Printer.

Hope it helps, have a good day
