Hello, the name's Angela and I'm having problems with my graphics driver. I just bought this Dell latitude E6430 last week and I'm trying to update my graphics driver. I have an Nvidia NVS 5200M and when it tries to run the compatibility, it fails. This laptop runs a windows 10 pro 1709 (OS Build 16.299.725). I recently updated to 1809 and this graphics driver wasn't compatible for this version so i went back to 1709 and it wasn't compatible for this version either so i Don't know what to do and i'm tired of going through this. Please help. I posted a pic of the error. Duplicate pics on accident but it's there. Need more information, please ask me.

    Hi AngelaFlores2

My name is Fernando. I am an Independent Advisor. I am here to guide you with your nvidia driver issues.

Try downloading and reloading your nvidia drivers. They can be located at the Dell website. Here is a link for you to download.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask me any questions and let me know how it goes.

    Respectfully,

    Please perform the following steps:

    1. In the left lower corner search type:  msinfo32 > allow several minutes for it to fully load > save as NFO > post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive
    2. In the left lower corner search type:  dxdiag > open each tab > allow several minutes for it to fully load > save > post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive
    3. Open IE or any browser that can use Java.

Open the Nvidia website > use the Nvidia Smart Scan for it to auto detect drivers:

    https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx

    1. Open the website for the computer manufacturer > support > enter the product or serial number or model > select the operating system > view drivers > post a URL or hyperlink into the thread
    2. In case drivers are not found the backup plan is to contact free Nvidia support:

    https://www.nvidia.com/object/support.html

Hi Angela, Dell provide a Windows 10 device driver for that model and graphics card, have you tried installing that version of the device driver,
