How can I delete MSN from my computer

Hi

I was prompted to download a acrobat software and then my computer got loaded with the following URL

"http://www.msn.com/en-nz/?ocid=iehp&AR=2"

This URL makes my computer freeze. I would appreciate if I could remove this. Cannot use Uninstall programme as MSN is not there.
