Yes hello. I just bought this new Dell Latitude E 6430 with Windows 10 64 Bit Enterprise Edition installed on it. But can't find a compatible fingerprint reader software. . And the option to enroll my fingerprints in the windows user account page is not there. Any solutions? Does anybody have a solution to this problem? Thanks! for the help.

That laptop should have come with Dell Control Vault driver and associated software, which is the Dell Fingerprint Reader implementation
If that is not installed on your laptop, you can download that from the Security section of the support page for that laptop on the Dell website

May I ask what you are trying to use that fingerprint reader for on your laptop?

Go to Control Panel - Programs and Features and uninstall Control Vault
Then go to the link above, then download and install the Control Vault device driver then download and install the associated software and restart your laptop . . .
