Unable to connect to Battle Net services, Blizzard cannot help after about 30 messages over 3 weeks

I cannot get Blizzards Battle Net application to allow me to connect online. I have followed all of their steps in trying to fix this including uninstalling anti-virus, VPN software, resetting my network options through every conceivable avenue and nothing has changed at all. The network I'm connected to doesn't change anything either. They said that my MSInfo file has an alarming amount of errors and I'm not sure how I would begin to fix those. If it helps any I have an unactivated version of Windows 10 because I cannot afford to buy a copy of Windows 10 and will not be able to for the foreseeable future.

I have followed every amount of information I can possibly find in regards to network troubleshooting in Microsofts help section on here. I am posting here because I literally have no clue who to go to next. I can't call Microsofts support or even trouble shoot this in my own time as I have a very busy schedule with 12 hour work days during the week and on weekends I have been having stuff come up that I planned for 6 months prior so fulfilling my obligations is quite necessary. It's a very busy time and I really hope someone here can help because I'm at a loss for what to do.

This issue started completely out of nowhere for seemingly no reason. I have been playing games using Battle Net on this PC for quite a few years at this point. This happened one night after I got home from the movies on September 25th 2018. Discord was updating continuously and wouldn't let me use it at all which was very weird, again I'd had no issue for years up to this point. I then tried starting Overwatch and Battle Net wouldn't let me connect stating the error code "BLZBNTBGS80000011" stating that it is an error connecting to the Battle Net servers as a whole. I had done nothing new to the computer or anything new to the files aside from reinstalling one game through Steam. I was on my college network at the time however I had been playing Overwatch on it for a while so this issue to me is still without cause especially since taking my PC home with me this weekend had changed absolutely nothing.

The most I have gotten in terms of help has been Blizzard Tech Support saying that there are an "alarming amount of errors" for Windows right now. I have uploaded my MSInfo file for anyone to look at if it helps. I'll take any help and input I can get at this point. I have tried uninstalling various software, I have tried resetting my network on every level that I can, I have flushed my DNS cache. Nothing has helped my issue in any noticeable way.

    Hi Zack AdamsSQ,

    Thank you for your reply.

I recommend you to try adding Firewall Program Exception for Battle.Net application, and also add a program to allow items in Windows Defender.

    Method 1: Firewall Program Exception

    1. Click on the Windows icon at the bottom left corner of your screen and then enter ‘Firewall’.
    2. Click on ‘Windows Firewall’ in the search results.
    3. In the ‘Firewall’ window, click ‘Allow an App or feature through Windows Firewall’.
    4. In the ‘Allowed apps’ window, click on ‘Change settings’ button and then select the check box for apps on your computer that you want to allow to communicate over the Internet without being stopped by Firewall.
    5. Click the Private and Public check box.
    6. Click OK and then click the Close button to close the Windows Firewall window.

Method 2: Windows security (Windows Defender)

You can find the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this article, Add an exclusion to Windows Security.

    Hope this helps.

1.) There were no changes to the computer, it happened within the span of a few hours. I was playing Overwatch around 11am that day and then at night about 12 hours later Battle Net had an update and has refused to connect since then.

2.) If you mean Microsoft Windows 10 I have "Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.165)". As for Battle Net I believe the version number is "Patch 1.12.3 Build 10491".

3.) The only security software I have is Windows Defender because it's built in.

EDIT: I went to the recovery point however the only points I would be able to recover to are after this had happened. This had happened on September 25th, 2018

    Hi Zack AdamsSQ,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    1. Did you make any changes to the computer before this issue occurred?
    2. May I know the current build and the version that you are working with?
    3. Do you have any security software installed on the computer?

I suggest you to try doing system restore options for Windows 10, follow the steps based on the results that you get.

    1. Select the Start button, type control panel and **** then choose it from the list of results.
    2. Type recoveryin the Control Panel search box.
    3. Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.
    4. Choose the most recent app, driver, or update on the list of results, then select Scan for affected programs. You'll see list of items that will be deleted if you remove this restore point. If you're OK with the deletions, select Next > Finish. Or, if needed, select an earlier restore point before selecting Next > Finish.

Note: If you're having problems with your PC, you can try to refresh, reset, or restore it. Refreshing your PC reinstalls Windows and keeps your personal files and settings. It also keeps the apps that came with your PC and the apps you installed from the Windows Store. Resetting your PC reinstalls Windows but deletes your files, settings, and apps—except for the apps that came with your PC. Restoring your PC is a way to undo recent system changes you've made.

    Hope it helps,
