allowing a webpage through firewall

I am trying to access a webpage and do not know how to allow it through either my Chrome firewall or my Bitdefender.  

Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.

    Hello Tara,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forum.

    You may follow the steps listed below and check if it works:

    Add exception to Windows Firewall:

    • Press Win + R keys together on the keyboard to open the Run dialog and type the following into the Run box: CONTROL
    • Once control panel is open, click on ‘System and Security’.
    • Select ‘Windows Defender Firewall’ and click on ‘Allow an app through Windows Defender Firewall’.
    • Here all the applications installed in your computer will be listed along with the status whether they’re blocked or not.
    • Make sure ‘Google Chrome’ is checked.

    Add exception to Bitdefender:

    Refer Bitdefender antivirus exclusion for the same.
