Hi there Mehmet, thanks for your question.

Here's step-by-step instructions to fix your battery that's not charging:

    https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-fix-a-window...

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

Otherwise, I would see if the troubleshooter fixes the issue. Click Start and type "troubleshoot" then select the first result. Scroll down and choose Power. It may resolve the problem itself.

If that doesn't work, try removing your battery after your computer is switched off, then plugging it back in. It may fix the issue.

Hopefully that helps! Please let me know if you need more assistance. Thanks!

During the warranty it is the responsibility of the manufacturer for the full functioning of the device.

Though, usually this error is due to a faulty charger or a battery

    Hi Mehmet .

If device is only 2 months old it is bad sign. Better to use warranty and check what is an issue.

Before save all your data from device.

As well you can try this:

    1. Shutdown laptop / Unplug AC adapter / Remove battery / Plug in AC adapter / Turn on laptop, allow operating system (OS) to boot / Once logged in to the machine, perform a normal shut down / Unplug AC adapter / Replace battery

Plug in AC adapter / Turn on laptop, allow OS to boot /Status should now say, “Plugged in and charging”

    1. Un-install and re-install battery drivers from Device manager and check. Follow the steps:

    · Press Windows Key + X.

    · Click on Device Manager.

    · Expand Batteries and right click on Batteries ACPI and click on Un-install.

    · Restart the computer and check.

    1. Look here: https://icr-emea.asus.com/webchat/icr.html?root...

Let me know how it goes
