Hi Sandeep,
I appreciate your effort, but no that's not really helpfull. As you can read in my question I already know that 75% is not available. My question is/was is there another solution for the problem of using a 4k monitor in combination with a 1080p monitor since this seems to be a not uncommon configuration these days. Or does microsoft think it is a satisfactory solution to look at a blurry monitor while it is a high quality monitor?
Another thing is that I could solve it myself if it weren't the case that microsoft for some reason seems to block other solutions by either graying out options and/or letting the os choose the options for you. I used to like microsoft because I was in charge of my computer, but by now it seems they have gone the apple road in trying to make it as hard as possible to configure my computer myself.
I am guessing by your answer that there is no satisfactory solution? A bit surprising since I have seen a lot of posts with people having the same problem and also dating back quit some time. This can hardly be a new problem to microsoft.
My suggestion would be to either solve this problem or give users the possibility to choose their options themselves. In my experience sharing my feedback on the feedback hub is useless and also judging by the first post around this problem and still not having a solution. Perhaps you could make this effort yourself, that would at least be useful. I don't mean to be rude, but it seems to me that giving these generic answers is quit useless and even a bit patronizing.
