2018-12-13T13:47:39+00:00 Unfortunately you are a few years out of date, whilst latest firmware can be re-installed using Nokia Software Recovery Tool to be found at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=525568 there is a problem if this E6-00 has been in storage prior to sale and still running Symbian Anna.
If you type in *#0000# upon dialler what version is revealed? Whilst Symbian Belle can be installed manually there is very restricted choice of Product code software available from third party sources now.
