Good Morning,

I have recently transferred photos from a Samsung galaxy S6 to my laptop with windows 10, once the transfer was complete the photos would not display, the message keeps saying file format not supported. I have done this process many times before and have had no trouble. Can someone please help as these photos are of our newborn baby, thanks.

Thanks for your assistance, however I have tried this and still no luck. It is so frustrating and I hope that I haven't lost my photo altogether. This is what comes up when I try to view the photo.

    Thanks

    Hi JasonVan,

These photos should work for sure. If you right click on one of the photos, do you have an “open with” option? If so, choose that and try to open them with a different application.

If no luck, Is there any chance you could send a screenshot to me?

Press the Windows Key + PrntSc and a photo will save within a screenshot folder in your Pictures folder.

I’d like to see what the photos look like, maybe I can see the issue.

    Let me know!
