I have a large file of wedding pictures that I would like to email as a whole file rather than each individual picture but can't figure out how to do it.

Hi Gussy, thanks for your question. I'm Graeme, a Microsoft Community expert and fellow user.

You might have trouble sending may photos in one email depending on the file size limits imposed by your email provider, but I'll explain how to bundle many photos into one file anyway.

You can select all of your photos at once, then right-click and select Send To -> Compressed (zipped) folder. This will put all of your photos into one compressed zip file, which you can then easily attach to your email.

Hopefully that helps! Please let me know if you need further advice. Thanks!

The best way would be upload those files into a OneDrive account and then share the folder to people you want. Take a look at:

    Hi gussy258

The best option is to log into OneDrive online in a browser, create a new folder and drop those files into that. Then right click that folder and choose 'Share'.

Copy the resulting link and Email that link rather than attaching the photos . . .

    Hi Gussy

It depends on the email client you are using, in Windows Mail, here is how you do it.
