Completely hide/disable the taskbar in Windows 10

I know that it is possible to make the taskbar hidden, but when you mouse over it, it will pop up, and even when it's hidden, there's a thin line visible.

Is there any way to edit the registry or something to make the taskbar completely hidden? If there's not, someone please tell me an app that hides the taskbar. I already used "Taskbar Hider" (the one that has a frog icon), but sometimes when certain apps open or close, the taskbar will appear again, but the app thinks it's still hidden. I have tried compatibility mode and administrator mode, but nothing was different. Is there an app that is compatible with Windows 10?

    Hi CS,

You’ve already ran through all the built in options, plus Taskbar Hider, and still no dice (or it’s not as completely hidden as you’d like)

    Give Taskbar Hide 2.0 a shot - https://filehippo.com/download_taskbar_hide/

Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

We’ll see if we have any luck with that. I’ll keep digging on this end to see if I can find anything better...
