Atapi.sys BSOD

I have been fighting this for a long time.  My PC keeps BSOD on me at random times both while in use and not in use.  The BSOD error states Driver IQRL Not Less or Equal and the offending file is atapi.sys.  I have updated every driver I can access.  I have run memtest86 and the RAM checks out ok.  I have run multiple scans on all my HDs and they check out ok.  This is driving me insane and I cannot figure out how to fix it.  It ran stable all day yesterday with no problems and today I will not even boot properly.  I am writing this in safe mode.  Any assistance would be more than appreciated.

    In one of the crashes the PSANHost.exe was the process that crashed:

    Owning Process ffffad8255c802c0 Image: PSANHost.exe

    The PSANHost.exe is a Panda process.

    As all the errors appear to point to the atapi.sys the error may be occurring as Panda scans an atapi device.

    What I might suggest is to temporarily uninstall Panda and use Windows built-in antivirus (Windows Defender) and firewall.

    If the error does re-occur can you provide the following file which has more information on the crash:

    C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

    The memory.dmp file will be quite large, you could zip and compress the memory.dmp file with a third party application such as 7-Zip

    Thanks for that.  I removed Comodo while in safe mode and am now able to boot into standard mode.  System ran stable for about 45 min and then crashed during use with the same failure mode.  I do not see a reference to bdisk in this dump.

    From the stack of the error you posted this appears to be a third party driver:

    Can you uninstall that program and see if the error resolves.
