Hi AllanRiscUser ... that service is required for printing.
Are you currently printing?
Do you have a print job stuck in the queue?
You can stop and clear it.
To do that go to search and type services.msc and open it.
Go to the print spooler service and stop it.
Then go to file explorer and go to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
Delete all files in there.
This will clear the queue.
Then go back to services.msc and restart the spooler service.
See if that works.
