Let us try few more methods and check if you are able to resolve your issue.
Method 1: Locate and install ccc2_install.
1. Tap on Windows + R key on the keyboard.
2**.** Type C:\Program Files\AMD\CCC2\Install in the run box and tap on **** Enter.
3**.** Locate ccc2_install and run this file and follow the onscreen instruction.****
4. Restart the PC.
Method 2: If the issue still persists try reinstalling the drivers.
To do that,
1. Tap Windows+ R key on the keyboard.
2. Type services.msc in the run box and press Enter
3. Locate and double click Windows Update.
4. From the drop down menu in Startup Type, Select the Disabled option.
5. Also click on the Stop button, if the service is started.
6. Click on Apply and OK . ( This will disable Windows update service)
7. Now Tap Windows + R key****on the keyboard.
8. Type appwiz.cplin the run box and press Enter.
9. Locate the AMD Softwarein the list and click on it.
10. Click on Uninstall and OK.
11. We will clear all the AMD folders in the C drive. To do that, Tap Windows + R key****on the keyboard.
12. Type C:\AMD and press Enter.
13. Select all the files and delete them.
14. Once done, navigate to the AMD manufacturer’s website. Download the driver which is best suited for your PC. Note: Do not use the auto detect tool.
15. After the download completes, double click on the downloaded file to install it.
16. Restart your PC and check if the AMD drivers are installed.
