    Hello

    I am Luis, Windows expert here to help you

    let's try to follow these steps

    Start -> Type "high contrast" -> Turn on high contrast -> Make your text color Black and your Background color White -> Apply -> scroll down to Theme settings -> Background -> Select the background you used previously

    Hello,

    You cannot just change text to black but you can use dark theme.

    Settings > Personalization > Colors

    >Choose your app mode > Dark.
