Could you please help me with the below information:
- How is the device connected to the computer?
- What happens when you turn on the device?
- What is the make and model of the computer?
This issue is an indication of faulty drivers or in**compatible driver . This issue can be fixed mostly by updating the drivers from the manufacturer website.
I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:
Method 1: Run inbuilt troubleshooter.****
- Click on the Settings icon from the start menu.
- Click on Update and security > Click on Troubleshoot.
- Click Hardware and Devices on the right pane and click on Run the troubleshooter.
- Follow the On screen instructions and let us know if it fixes the issue.
Method 2: Installing Drivers.
I would suggest you the download the Test Driver 2018 available in the UGEE website. I would also suggest you to go through the system requirements in the 1910BManual, as per the manual the device is only compatible with Windows 2000 /XP/VISTA/Windows 7. This might be the cause, the device is not working properly.
