Error "0x80004003" in Windows 10 Store

So i was trying to install forza horizon 4 ultimate edition from another pc and it was blocked at pending saying the error *(on the first picture)* so after i did a wsreset but i didnt waited for windows store to open i just waited 4-5 seconds then close wsreset because i thought there wasnt going to fix it but it made worse , after i opened store after i closed wsreset  , if i want to go to a app page to buy it i cant it says .*(on the second picture)*

Page could not be loaded.Please try again later.

Code: 0x80004003

CV: 9OF7WH/P50OHGBSV"

Please help me i dont want to reinstall the windows

    We understand how difficult it could be. However, we would suggest you to follow the methods mentioned below and check if it resolves the issue.

    Method 1: Run store app troubleshooter.

    1. Open Control Panel and select Large icons.
    2. Click on Troubleshooting and click view all on the left pane.
    3. Select Windows store apps in the list and click on Advanced link.
    4. Check the box Apply repairs automatically.
    5. Then follow on-screen instructions to complete the process

    Method 2: Update Windows.

    Please refer to Update Windows 10 and try updating Windows and check.

    Thank you for your response.

    In this case, we would suggest you to follow steps mentioned below to run Windows Update troubleshooter and check.

    1. Open Troubleshooting Settings by searching for it in the search bar.
    2. Click on Windows update and click on Run the troubleshooter.
    3. Then follow on-screen instruction to complete the process.
