    Hi, Steve,

Launch File Explorer (Folder icon on Taskbar)

Click on This PC in left menu

Right click on the DVD Drive > Select Open

On my Toshiba system the DVD drive is on the left. There is a tiny little button under the left wing which will open the drive. Hard to find but it is there.

Hi Steve. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

Open File Explorer, then This PC, do you see the DVD drive? If so right click to choose "Eject."

If none is listed, right click Start to open Disk Mgmt, scroll down to find the DVD player, right click to assign a letter.

If none either place, the model may not have one.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
