    Try running these programs:

    MBAM free: https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/

    Eset online scanner: http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/

    Adwcleaner: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

If these do not fully remove the virus/malware then it will be wise to register with a malware removal site to receive dedicated malware removal instructions, an expert will remain with you throughout the process until confirmation that your PC is 100% clean.

    Hi,

My name is Angel. I am an Independent Advisor. Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

Enable Registry Editor using the Group Policy Editor

Click on Start. Go to Run. Alternatively, use Windows key+R keyboard shortcut.

    Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.

Navigate to User Configuration/ Administrative Templates / System.

In the work area, double click on "Prevent Access to registry editing tools".

In the popup window, encircle Disabled and click on OK.

Normally, Registry Editor will be immediately accessible. If it is not, restart your PC.

    Installing gpedit.msc correctly

Let’s go through the process step by step so that even the novice users can follow the steps and enable group policy editor on their systems.

    1. Download Group Policy Enabler from above link.

    2. Right-click gpedit-enabler.bat and select Run as Administrator

    3. This will start the installation process. The process will take a few minutes to install group policy features. At the end, simple press any key to close the command prompt window.

    4. Now go to Run –> gpedit.msc. This should open group policy editor.

Although a restart is not required, but you may restart the computer if it’s not working for your right away.

    Hi

As a first step, please run ESET Sysrescue scanner:

Hey Orange. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

Run a full scan with the most powerful on-demand free scanner Malwarebytes:

    https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/

Clean up anything found, restart PC and then run again until it comes up clean.

Then check for damaged System Files: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow...

If it cannot repair them see Step 10 here to continue: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

If any steps cannot be performed normally then try them in Safe Mode with Networking or Safe Mode: https://www.digitalcitizen.life/4-ways-boot-saf...

In some cases it may be better to wipe the hard drive and follow these illustrated steps in this link which compile the best possible Clean Install of Windows which will stay that way as long as you stick with the tools and methods given, has zero reported problems, and is better than any amount of money could buy: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
