Method 2:
Step 1: Press the 'Windows' key and the 'R' key from your keyboard and type 'Devmgmt.msc'
without the quotes and hit Enter.
Step 2: Expand the 'Display adapters' section >
Right Click on the driver > click on
Update Driver > click on 'Search automatically for updated driver software' and proceed with the update.
Method 3:
Step 1: Click on the
Start Menu and search for
CMD > Right click on CMD and click on
Run As Administrator.
Step 2: In the
Command Prompt window, type 'powercfg –restoredefaultschemes' without quotes and hit Enter.
Step 3: Restart the PC once for the changes to take effect and check for the issue.
Method 4: If the issue still persists, then try to "Disable Hybrid Sleep Mode" by following the steps below.
Step 1: Open Control Panel from the Start Menu and open
Power Options.
Step 2: Click on
Change plan settings next to the power plan that you want to disable hybrid sleep.
Step 3: Click on 'Change advanced power settings' and click 'Change settings that are currently unavailable'.
Step 4: Set Allow hybrid sleep under Sleep to Off and then click Ok to save the changes.
Also, let us know if you are seeing the keyboard's backlight when you have plugged in the power cord to the laptop while hibernate mode is turned on and get back to us.
Hope it helps.
