How to reboot into BIOS in Windows 8:1?

I need to reboot into BIOS in Window 8:1 to disable Secure boot because I'm getting the error code: 800F0922 for window update.

    Turn off the computer and restart.  Look for the code, F1, F10, F12, Or Enter to access BIOS.

    This should be when the first screen shows up.
