This is because you were using US keyboard which got changes to UK Keyboard or vice versa.
If you @ symbol was above 2, then you need US Keyboard. If your @ symbol was above ' then you need UK keyboard.
Windows Key+X > Windows Powershell (Admin)
Copy and paste below and Enter in Powershell
Set-WinUserLanguageList en-GB
(If you need US Keyboard, use en-US in place of en-GB)
This will make other languages disappear. (In case, you want to add again or other languages, you can add again from language settings)
