    Hi!

A lot of users accidentally turn off the mouse pointer via their keyboard. The key F5 is generally used to disable the mouse so try pressing F5. If that doesn’t work then try (function key) FN + F5 or FN + F9 if you are using ASUS or FN + F7 if you are using an Acer machine.

    Hi Mary,

When you move around the mouse nothing happens?

If this is a desktop PC, unplug your mouse, and plug it back in (in a different USB slot is possible)

If still no luck, Let’s try something. Push and hold the power button down (do not let it go) after about 8 seconds, the pc will shut down. Let go of the button. After a few seconds, turn it back on, and it should try to boot back up. Let’s see if your cursor returns.

    Let me know!

I apolize don’t use the link above is not secure

I suggest update the mouse driver and verify if issue is solved:

Press Windows + R keys altogether to bring out the Run box.

Type devmgmt.msc and then hit Enter to open Device Manager.

Press Tab to switch to devices list.

Use arrow keys to scroll down to Mice and other pointing devices and use the right arrow key to expand it.

Use the down arrow key to select your mouse device.

Press Shift + F10 open the context menu.

Choose Update driver with arrow keys and hit Enter.

Follow the on-screen installation instructions to finish the updates.

Let me know how it goes.
