how do i open an rpa file

These Files are created by iTWO, a construction planning and engineering software package;

contains an archive of a Progress ObjectStore database, which is the backend storage format for iTWO project data; used for creating backups as well as archiving projects.

RPA files are backup copies of the data stored in .RPD files. If a user saves the database in iTWO, the RPD data is archived into the resulting RPA file.

it was a file downloaded with a game. ever since i started receiving updates to win 10 i've been having problems opening files in word, including files that i'd written myself on previous versions of win, like win xp. the win 10 update forced on me when i bought this new pc does not allow me to ignore or refuse updates. i have deleted them but they eventually get downloaded again. slightly off topic question, will i loose any files or anything if i revert back to win 7, (the factory version installed in the pc)?
