    What is the computer Make/Model?

    Are you receiving error messages? If yes, please post the error message in your next reply.

    If using a Lenovo laptop do you see a small button above the keyboard to slide the camera to On position?

    Doe that webcam not work at all in Windows 10 or just on some applications?
