Well I did not find any files called windows.dmp or any thing like that but I did show me two folders called dmp one is located in windows\syswow64\com and the other is in windows\system32\com. I don't have permission to open them, and because of where they are I don't want to bother them, but it might be possible that the dump files are in there. I guess if they get to large I will just have to use CCleaner to remove them.
How to find and delete windows dump files
I have a question. Where does windows keep dump files and how can I delete them? As part of my AV software it finds junk files and wants me to buy a program to remove them. And one of the things it tells me about is windows dump files. The problem is I can't find where they are. If I can find them I can just delete them myself without needing to buy or download anything. Can someone tell me how to delete these dump files?

2018-12-20T20:41:49+00:00 Hi CreeperKing
Open Windows File Explorer, just do a straight search on your C drive, by typing *.dmp in the search box at the top right, does that find the location of the dump files?

2018-12-20T20:38:35+00:00 That is my problem. I do not see any dmp files inside the windows folder and the windows\minidump folder is empty it does not show me anything, but my AV software (I use AVG) says that windows dump files take up almost a GB yet I cant find any of them. I understand that I could use CCleaner to remove them but I just want to know why I can't find them.

Yes, you can just delete the Dump Files, you may need to provide permission
You will find the dump files in C:\Windows and in C:\Windows\MiniDump
However, the most successful way to remove all dump files is:
Open File Explorer
Click on your hard drive
On the Manage Tab, click Cleanup
Let Disk Cleanup do its initial scan
Select Everything in the list and choose Delete
Start Disk Cleanup again
Let Disk Cleanup do its initial scan
This time in the resulting dialog, click 'Cleanup System Files'
Let Disk Cleanup run another scan
Select Everything in the list and choose Delete
