    Hi Garth,

    Please follow this guideline:

I recommend that you do the troubleshooting steps, which you can find in the support article

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402739...

Try to print a test page to check if the issue is fixed. Please refer to the support article Printing a Test Page - Windows, section Printing a test page - Windows 10. https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=con...

You can also try to download the drivers from the Canon website and install them. Use the imageCLASS MF4450. https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/ho...

Write me back if it works or not.

    Thanks,

    Andrew N.

Hi Garth, thanks for your question. I'm Graeme, a Microsoft Community expert and fellow user.

With printer connectivity issues, I'd generally recommend two troubleshooting steps:

Firstly, try reinstalling the latest printer drivers from the Canon website. Here's a link to the driver for your printer:

    https://www.canon.co.uk/support/consumer_produc...(64-bit)

Secondly, you could try the printer troubleshooter. Click Start and type "troubleshoot" then select the first result. Scroll down and choose Printer, then run the troubleshooter to see if it helps you connect to your printer.

If you're still having trouble after performing the above steps, please let me know and I'll see what else we can try! Thanks!
