I recently bought a new pc and installed windows 10.

My old pc has windows 7 and then i didn't had any problems with my headset.

But with windows 10 the mic quality is sooooo bad can anyone help me with that ?

I also use the Corsair iCue software but that doesn't help either.

I hope someone know how to fix this problem because i like to use it ingame but now thats

very annoying for the other people !

    Hi Ron,

What’s the make and model of your PC? Click start, and type “system” and open system information. Next to system model you should see the model we need.

I wonder if there are some drivers out there that may help.

Also, Click start - Settings - Updates and Security - Windows Updates - Let’s see if there are any pending updates that can be installed. If so, install those for me.

Let me know and we’ll go from there!
