Can not activate Windows 10 shows error 0x803fa067

I tried to activate windows 10 pro but after entering activation key and pressing the activate button a pop up showed saying,"we can't activate windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license 0xc004c003" with the error code 0x803fa067

I am using a licence windows copy.

I clicked on change product key and entered Windows 10 Pro using the following default product key:

VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T 

please help only way is to pay and get upgraded?

    You dont have an actual digital license or key so try this:

    1. Go to Action Center (looks like a chat box on the lower right hand side of the taskbar) > Click airplane mode > activate it to go offline
    2. In a command prompt, type the command: slmgr -upk
    3. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Change Product Key. From there insert the Generic Key located in the following link: https://winaero.com/blog/generic-key-to-install...
    4. This should activate the machine, restart it, and re-enter the key you need.

    Hi.

    1. I would edit out that key you posted. We cannot verify its authenticity. You will need to contact Microsoft to verify your code.

    Try this instead:

    Enter this code first: VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T

    After, restart the PC, and then enter your code again. Check if that works.

    I notice the key you sent is the same i posted here before.

    Error still the same

    VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T

    Tried restart PC and entered again.Still same.

    Saw the below screen after entering key and then error after clicking start.

    Yes. There is no free upgrade to Pro. You were misleaded by someone.

    Hello Sumit,

    Thanks for responding.However, i noticed many you videos for which actually this is working.

    I am wondering how microsoft use this change product key option if there is no such feature to upgrade.

    Probably because i am using digital licence and trying to change via product key.Was there any other way around to get upgrade for free? i believe we shouldn't be charged or buying new packs for every edition upgrade.
