Put the SD card in a card reader (either a reader built into your computer or one attached via USB).

If you get an AutoPlay prompt, select "Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer"

If you don't get an AutoPlay prompt, press the Windows Logo key and E key together to open Windows Explorer and then double-click on the drive corresponding to the SD card.

View the files.  You can open a file in the usual way (e.g., double-click on it).

The files won't be "downloaded" (that is, moved from the SD card to your computer) unless you deliberately do that, either by click-n-drag or a cut and paste

One view files, not sd cards. And one downloads files from another computer, normally on the internet.

So I'm sorry to say that I don't understand what you are asking. Please clarify it.
