connecting beats solo 3 headphones to windows 10

I have been trying to connect my wireless headphones for a while but I cannot find whereto connect them and do not know how to. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

    You have to long press the on/off button to put the beats into pairing mode then they should appear under Bluetooth. (Settings>Devices>Bluetooth).

    If this is exactly what you’re doing then please post back with any error messages or to explain what exactly is happening.

    Thanks so much but it still did not help! My headphones are not showing up in the Bluetooth tab- they are not  an option to connect them to this device. I need to know step by step how to connect my beats solo 3 headphones please.
