After uninstalling Webroot Antivirus I cannot turn on real time protection in Defender?

I uninstalled Webroot Antivrus and now I cannot turn on real-time protection in Defender, can someone help me.   Thanks

    Open Start, type: regedit

    Right click regedit

    Click Run as administrator

    Navigate to the following registry key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SecurityHealthService

    and modify the Start value from 4 to 2. Restart your computer to re-enable the Windows Defender Security Center Service.

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: services.msc

    Hit Enter

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: services.msc

    Hit Enter

    Scroll down to Windows Defender Security Center Service

    Double click it

    Set its Start up type to Automatic

    Click Start

    Click Apply then OK

    Restart

    Also...

    Open Start, type: CMD

    Right click CMD

    Click Run as administrator

    Type type the following command then hit Enter:

    REG ADD "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender" /v EnableRoutinelyTakingAction /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

    Hello,

    Step 1: Verify the status of the Windows Defender service:

    Press the Windows + R keys

    In Run, type services.msc and click OK

    In the services window, search and double-click on Windows Defender Service

    Verify that the Aesthetic service type checkbox in Automatic

    If the service status is Stopped, click Start

    Step 2: Perform a diagnosis and repair of Windows components.

    Use the Windows + X key combination.

    Click on the System Symbol option (Administrator).

    Enter the following commands one by one:

    • DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Scanhealth
    • DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth
    • Sfc / scannow

    Step 3: Make a repair of your computer eliminating viruses and other malicious software with the following programs:

    AdwCleaner
