Ever time I try anything it lips us “your PC ran into a problem and se need to restart it” but every time i say restart is says automatic repair could not repair your PC

My hp desktop will show a loading hp screen and then it will go to grey. I try pushing F11 it keeps on saying it won’t work and I tried to reset it but it’s keeps on failing. I don’t know what to do

Why were no problems reported back or interaction so I could help you As I promised to do in my first post? Everyone who works with me interactively gets their problem solved..

2018-12-20T20:03:33+00:00 Please continue with the steps I gave which will always fix it or give you a much better reinstall , unless Hardware has failed. And if none of the steps work I will show you how to test and replace the hardware if necessary.

2018-12-20T18:12:49+00:00 I turned on mu computer this morning and it did the same thing as lasg time. I tryed to unplug the Computer and hold down the power button but it did not work i tried everything else and nothing is working even though it worked yesterday. When i try to restart ot troubleshoot it the screen comes up and say that it did not work or it failed. I do not know what to do is it how old the computers is i got it in 2016 and it seemed fine in tell it needed to update and then from there it went down hill.
