    Hi Srimadhwa

I tried this but unfortunately did not work. I also tried a blue screen troubleshooting but did not work. I also tried updating display driver and other drivers but could not fix the issue!!!

Btw did u check the content I shared earlier in one drive link?

I don't know if this is OS or hardware problem?

    anyone can suggest

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

If you are able to get to the desktop screen, then suggest you to start the PC in Safe Mode to run the power troubleshooter on the PC. Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. It can help you troubleshoot problems on your PC.

Follow these steps to run the power troubleshooter:

    • Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
    • Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
    • Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
    • Run the Power troubleshooter. Once this is done, remember to restart the computer.

    Hope this helps.

Let us know if you got the help you needed by clicking 'Yes' or 'No'.

    Regards,

When the blue screen with error message appears I can't go the minidump files the laptop will restart and then I can go to C:\Windows\Minidump so I'm not sure how I can report this when it happens again?
