After new Windows 10 update l got asked to install this but everytime l press yes l get this error. I tryed to find the file and run it as administrator but that didn't help. Can this be the cause of my joystick not working properly in-game (also causing the lag and slowing the game for no reason even tho drivers are installed properly and everything) but when l check in Windows everything runs perfectly?

Can anyone help me with this?

    Hi Milos

That file did at some time exist on your PC, but no longer does, what is left is a Startup process referring to that non-existent file and that reference needs to be removed . . .

Task Manager and indeed Msconfig offer only limited control over Startup items . . .

Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation

When the file downloads, unzip it.

Depending on your system, run Autoruns or Autoruns64 as Administrator

With that utility, you can right click and delete any startup item in Windows

Look for any reference to Install64.exe or USB Vibration and remove it

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/d...

    Then restart your PC

    Hi Milos

You can safely untick that entry, then restart your PC and if the error message is gone, right click that entry and delete it

This has nothing to do with your drivers for your gamepad, those would not be stored in the root of C:\Windows, they are stored in the drivers folder

It's in the same folder like that but its not that file ( Install64.exe )

Does this mean its going to delete drivers for that gamepad or?
