I bought a designer bluetooth mouse and it doesn't work in my macbook pro (OS 10.11.6). I can see it in my phone and my ipad, but not is recognize my macbook pro. Anyone help me?

First, try connecting the Bluetooth mouse on a different Windows/Mac computer and check if it works.
If the mouse is working on a different computer, then I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned in Using a Bluetooth mouse, keyboard, or trackpad with your Mac and setup the Bluetooth Mouse with your MacBook.
Also, please check the System requirements from Designer Bluetooth® Mouse because Mac OS 10.10 is the latest OS supported by Designer Bluetooth Mouse.
If you are still facing the same issue, then I would suggest you to contact Apple Support, where you will be able to get the support for the issue that you are facing.
