This is a product guide, not a user manual. It's the one that came in the box and is completely useless, unless the user doesn't know how to plug in a usb.

Does anyone know where I can get the instruction manual, or have a useful YouTube link to follow.
I asked tech support and they gave me a link to download the useless product guide which only gives instruction on how to plug in the USB into the USB socket?
