Bluetooth headset device driver not found Windows 7 64-bit Professional
I am using a set of wireless bluetooth headphones. The brand is Edifier, the model is W820BT. I can pair the headphones with my Windows 7 Pro 64 PC, but I cannot use them because I am getting the following error regarding device drivers.
A search for Edifier drivers for Windows turns up that there are no such drivers, as the headphones are designed to work without drivers.
The headphones connect and work fine on my iPhone; just not on my Windows PC. What can I do?
