how to download a US keyboard for windows 10, i don't have it as a standard option

my " and @ buttons are reversed on my keyboard and its driving me nuts. Forums say to switch to US keyboard. I have changed my region format to English (united states) and my windows display language to English (united states). When I go to advanced keyboard settings and click on the dropdown list for languages I have the following options:

English (united states) - united kingdom

English (united kingdom) - united kingdom

English (south Africa) - US

they seem jumbled up to me? why no English (united states) - united states option?

when I try to change between them my @ and " buttons are still jumbled. is this more than a language setting problem?

    Hi LaraMemper,

I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. I am here to work with you on this problem.

    You should do following -

Right click on Windows Start > Windows Powershell (Admin)

Copy and paste below and Enter in Powershell

    Set-WinUserLanguageList en-US

This will make other languages disappear. (In case, you want to add again or other languages, you can add again from language settings)
