We have the same problem on two separate Dell Precision 5810's running win 10 pro, all the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Enterprise driver. All drivers and software are up to date for Windows, as well as Dell. Both machines have Samsung SSDs installed, and in both cases have a portion of the drives configured for RAID. The BSODs have happened periodically for months. We have been troubleshooting and rebuilt each servedr multiple times, no success. We have four Dell Precision 5810's, the 2 others run windows 7 pro, with similar Samsung SSDs and RAID configurations, and NO problems whatsoever. NEED HELP ON THIS...
Iastorb.sys Blue Screen on Dell T5810 Windows 10 Pro 64bit computer
Hi,
I am running Dell T5810 Windows 10 Pro 64bit configured as Raid 1.
The computer arrived with Windows pre-installed from Dell.
I keep getting BSOD of same sort all the time.
In the event viewer, the BSOD looks like this:
Log Name: System
Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power
Date: 1/13/2019 5:17:42 PM
Event ID: 41
Task Category: (63)
Level: Critical
Keywords: (70368744177664),(2)
User: SYSTEM
Computer: WIN10
Description:
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
The computer specs as well as the dmp files from time of blue screens can download from the following link:
Any assistance would be appreciated.
THANKS!
Elad

2019-01-15T13:01:06+00:00 Hi,
According to an IT expert who examined the computer, it appears that the T5810 chipset (C600) SATA Raid controller doesnt support Windows 10 OS.
The chipset can be seen from the device manager screen shot below:
and Intel chipset info page:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/98463/Intel-C600-Series-Chipsets
The only solution (no involving workarounds such as setting Windows OS Raid) would be to downgrade the computers to Windows 7.
Hope this puts an end to the endless discussions around this matter....

I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 2-Year Windows Insider MVP here to help.
The crashes appears to be caused by your Intel Chipset driver.
Please try downloading the latest one from here which should resolve this issue.https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28413...
Let us know how that goes.

2019-01-13T16:46:49+00:00 Thank you for the quick reply,
I do have two 1Tb hard drives configured as Raid 1.
Can the Raid work properly even if I uninstall the Intel Rapid Storage Technology" application?
Cheers,
Elad

Your minidump file confirms IaStorB.sys as the root cause of your Crashes. That is Intel Rapid Storage Technology
You seem to only have a 1TB Hard drive on your system, if that is the case, you do not need Intel Rapid Storage Technology installed on your System, you can uninstall that application and the system crashes should stop . .
