Windows 10 education download

I am trying to download windows 10 education onto my university computer, which is currently running windows 7 enterprise. The Download Academic Products page at https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/vlacademicwindows10 instructs me to download the media creation tool which then doesn't work.

Looking through previous questions it seems I should be asked for my product key before downloading (which I have but am not asked for) and also gives different address to go to (https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/vlacademiciso). Attempting to visit this page merely sends me to the one above however... any advice?

Hi EC. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 9 year Windows MVP and Independent Advisor, here to help you.

Go to the Media Creation Tool here http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/m.... If it won't download then use a different browser or PC to download and install the tool, create the bootable media following the instructions in the middle of the downloads page.

If it won't download from another browser or PC, then go to this alternate download location: https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php. Make sure to choose only your licensed version. Burn to DVD using WIndows Image Burner or create bootable flash using one of the options here: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2376-create...

Then to Upgrade, transfer media to target PC, open media or click on ISO file to mount, right click Setup to Run as Administrator.

If you'd prefer the superior Clean Install follow these illustrated steps in this link which compile the best possible Clean Install of Windows which will stay that way as long as you stick with the tools and methods given, has zero reported problems, and is better than any amount of money could buy: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
